A Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher

A meditation teacher for decades, Dr. Suzanne deepened her studies and enrolled in the Sounds True two-year “Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program” with Master Teachers Tara Brach, Ph.D. and Jack Kornfield, Ph.D.

Having successfully graduated from this program, Dr. Suzanne has expanded her meditation seminars and services to clients, communities and businesses.

Dr. Suzanne offers one-on-one mindfulness meditation sessions as well as guided meditation groups and speaking engagements on mindfulness and meditation.

Private Meditation Sessions

Whether you are new to meditation with a “beginner’s mind”, an experienced meditator who wants to deepen their practice or a meditator interested in a guided practice of self-inquiry, one on one sessions provide an opportunity for the individual to have a private, more personal experience with a set intention.

Family & Friends Small Groups:  Engaging in mindfulness meditation practices is a wonderful way for a family or group of friends to learn skills sets for settling the mind, calming the body and cultivating more peace and joy in their lives. Being together, with presence and intention, naturally deepens our connection with one another.  

Mindfulness Meditation Seminars

Meditation seminars offer a wide platform of learning opportunities. Participate in a basic meditation seminar and learn the foundations of meditation, steps towards developing a practice and cultivating more awareness, ease and joy in your life. Take the opportunity to understand the positive health benefits of living mindfully and meditating regularly in a Reducing Stress and Cultivating Health Meditation seminar.
