Mindfully attending to our here and now experience with non-judgment and a mind and heart of acceptance expands our capacity for inner calm, peace, joy, and love.

All healing, within the self, with others and with the world, happens in the present moment.

A meditation teacher for decades, Dr. Suzanne deepened her studies and enrolled in the Sounds True two-year “Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program” with Master Teachers Tara Brach, Ph.D. and Jack Kornfield, Ph.D.

Having successfully graduated from this program, Dr. Suzanne has expanded her meditation seminars and services to clients, communities and businesses.

Dr. Suzanne offers one-on-one mindfulness meditation sessions as well as guided meditation groups and speaking engagements on mindfulness and meditation.

Whether you are new to meditation, or an experienced meditator wanting to deepen your practice, one on one sessions, can maximize your learning experience. As your teacher and guide, I listen to your intentions, meet you where you are and walk along side you in the meditation experience, self-inquiry and in cultivating a regular practice.

Mindfulness Meditation Groups

Mindulness meditation groups connect you with like-minded people who hold the intention to “sit” and deepen their practice. Group learning experiences are supportive and create a container of safety and belonging. As your teacher, I guide you in the meditation experience, give space for silence, and time for reflections and questions. This is your opportunity to deepen presence, focus the mind, calm the body and cultivate more peace and joy in your life.

Mindfulness Meditation Seminars

Meditation seminars are informative, experiential and interactive and are tailored to a wider audience. Topics range from the basic foundations and benefits of mindfulness & meditation to specialty topics aimed at improving your overall health and well-being. A sample of topice include: “The Health Benefits of Meditation”, “Mindful Living at Home & Work”, “Mindfulness for Reducing Stress and Creating Calm”. Seminars can be on-line or in-person.
