Mindfulness meditation, an ancient practice, is a method for cultivating a state of focused attention, aligning and centering from within, creating emotional balance and deepening presence. Dr. Nixon offers single meditation presentations and a 4-part series, “Restoring Balance Within”, to promote inner stability, balance and harmony, personal factors that contribute to effective work habits, productivity and relationships with colleagues.

We all experience loss throughout our lifespan. The most common loss is the passing of a loved one, yet it is also the the loss of a relationship, a quality of health, financial stability or a way of living that we have always know.
