Do I need to do anything differently for a Telehealth appointment?

If you are scheduling a Telehealth or phone session, payment needs to be made prior to your scheduled session by check sent in advance (my preference) or by PayPal.

How do I make an appointment?

To make an appointment email Dr. Suzanne Nixon at dr.suzannenixon@gmail.com . Because inquiries are largely received via email, as of January 2025, the office phone is no longer in service.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel please give me advance notice. I have a 24-hr cancellation policy, meaning appointments cancelled without 24 hr. notice incur a full session fee.
