Do I need to do anything differently for a Telehealth appointment?

If you are scheduling a Telehealth or phone session, payment needs to be made prior to your scheduled session by check sent in advance (my preference) or by PayPal.

To make an appointment either email Dr. Suzanne Nixon at dr.suzannenixon@gmail.com or leave a voice mail at 703.729.0505. Currently there is a 2-week waitlist for new clients (January 2021)

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel please give me advance notice. I have a 24-hr cancellation policy, meaning appointments cancelled without 24 hr. notice incur a full session fee.
