Divorce is one of the most difficult and disorienting transitions a woman can go through, expecially when children, years of history and complex relationships are involved. You may feel overwhelmed, uncertain, emotionally exhausted and questioning not only your relationship but your sense of self.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. This group offers a supportive, confidential space for women to process their experience, gain clarity and begin to move forward with greater strength and self-trust.
