A Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher
A meditation teacher for decades, Dr. Suzanne deepened her studies and enrolled in the Sounds True two-year “Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program” with Master Teachers Tara Brach, Ph.D. and Jack Kornfield, Ph.D.
Having successfully graduated from this program, Dr. Suzanne has expanded her meditation seminars and services to clients, communities and businesses.
Dr. Suzanne offers one-on-one mindfulness meditation sessions as well as guided meditation groups and speaking engagements on mindfulness and meditation.

Private Meditation Sessions
Whether you are new to meditation, referred to as “beginner’s mind”, or an experienced meditator interested in deepening your practice or a meditator who was to deepen their understanding of Self with a guided practice of self-inquiry, one on one sessions may be a fit for you. The intention is to meet you were you are and facilitate your growth with a more in depth personal experience.
Mindfulness Meditation Groups
Mindulness meditation groups are offered periodically and provide a way to learn and experience meditation with like-minded people. By their very nature, group learning experiences are supportive, often energizing, and offer you the opportunity to connect with other people. Meditation skill sets are taught and practiced, and time for class reflections and questions is built into the program. Learn how to deepen presence, focus the mind, calm the body and cultivating more peace and joy in your life.
Mindfulness Meditation Seminars
Meditation seminars offer a wide platform of learning opportunities and are intented for larger group settings. All seminars are experiential and interactive, and range from learning the basic foundations of meditation and developing a practice to a specific mindfulness meditation topic. Specialty topics include “Deepening Presence”, “The Health Benefits of Meditation”, “How Mindful Living Can Impact Your Life”, “Mindful Practices to Reduce Stress and Create Calm” and more. Seminars are conducting on-line and in person, for organizations and businesses.
